I publish a semi-regular newsletter called The Publishing Plunge – it comes out every 4-6 weeks, my schedule permitting, and usually has a few links to publishers seeking short story submissions or that are open for novel submissions.
I also regularly include links to articles that writers might find useful – including posts on writing, publishing, marketing, and the state of the industry in general. Most newsletters have a splash of info about what I’m up to with my own writing, but only a splash!
Most editions have only between 4-6 links, so it doesn’t swamp you with choices. Bite-sized writing encouragement is what I’m all about.
