I’ve been sitting on this news for a little while, but am finally allowed to share it!
The MOVIE RIGHTS for my Melbourne vampire novel The Opposite of Life have been optioned by Capricorn Pictures.
The Opposite of Life is the first in my “Vampires of Melbourne” trilogy; followed by Walking Shadows… and the forthcoming Beyond Redemption (currently being serialised on my Patreon).
An option does not a movie make – the production company is keen, though, and is in the process of developing a treatment and seeking funding. It may come to nothing – but in the meantime, I am quivering with delight and very much enjoying the moment!
